There are some symptoms of hemorrhoids that you should be aware such as bleeding, itching in the anal area, pain and swelling in the anal region, a lump near anus, leak feces, etc. They symptoms of hemorrhoids may vary for each type. Those who are suffering from internal hemorrhoids usually do not see any symptoms and most of them are not aware of the disease. Meanwhile, those who are suffering from external hemorrhoids will feel the pain around the anus. They may bleed and become inflamed. When you see any of the above symptoms in your body, you need to immediately consult with a doctor since rectal bleeding can be caused by other things. The doctor will examine your body and determine whether you suffer from hemorrhoids or not. If it is hemorrhoids, the doctor knows the proper treatment to cure hemorrhoids.

Most hemorrhoids cases can be cured with simple remedies. However, sometimes medicines and surgery are needed to treat hemorrhoids. The hemorrhoids medicines are OTC so that you can buy them without any doctor’s prescription. Ointments and pads are the common hemorrhoids medicines. Another external hemorrhoid treatment is incisions. The doctor may decide to do a simple incision when there’s a clot around external hemorrhoids. Meanwhile, when the simple procedures do not work to the patients, then surgery is the best option. Surgery is needed when the hemorrhoids are very large. So, when you suffer from hemorrhoids, you’d better see a doctor to get the right treatment.
