How To Find Safe Sensitive Skin Products
If you’re like me, you probably know it is truly difficult to find sensitive skin products that truly are for those whose skin requires gentle treatment. The products that you will typically find on store shelves are actually not of the type that you want to put on skin that requires a softer touch. They simply have too many ingredients in them that can cause your skin to become irritated.
This is because the major cosmetics companies that we have all come to know, and love have for years been filling their products with nothing more than cheap chemicals. They do this because it means that they will be reaping a greater profit margin, but at what cost to the health of the consumer that uses the products. These chemical ingredients have been proven to reap a heavy penalty on many that use these products.
These so called sensitive skin products that the major corporations are providing you with have absolutely no value for your skin. Studies have shown that all that the ingredients in the most popular products will cause you physical damage in a number of ways. These range from having an estrogen effect on your system to causing you to develop cancer. You simply are not safe when using these types of products.
The quality of these ingredients is so bad that the European Union has been successful in getting many of them banned from use in cosmetics products. The U.S. FDA has not met with the same success however as their attempts at regulating the cosmetics industry has been reversed in a court of law. How the courts see carcinogens as legitimately safe ingredients is beyond rational thought, but apparently that is the way that they see it.
