A bikini is the most magical type of swimsuits. Over the years, we have seen the rise and fall in popularity of certain bikini styles. The most well known bikini style is perhaps the bikini string. A string bikini is a bikini consisting of ‘strings’ or ‘ties’ that are tied at the neck, back and at the sides of the bikini bottoms. The number one factor for their popularity is probably that these swimsuit bikinis are adjustable as is the material covering the bust. But if we’re going to be really honest here, the real reason is their sex appeal. String bikinis are hot, whatever way you want to look at it. A string bikini is your perfect choice if you want a sexy yet less revealing type of bikini.
However, a sexy string bikini will not look that sexy on a fat figure. If you plan on wearing a string bikini this summer, you need to do several steps to have that fabulous bikini body. First of all, start an exercise program at least six weeks before your bathing suit debut. It does not have to be in the gym. Pay attention to such trouble spots as your upper arms, belly and tush. Do a combination of cardiovascular exercises and strength building exercises early in the morning. Doing so will help you burning fat all day long because your metabolic rate is at an all time high. Keep in mind that your string bikini will look good on your firm body.
