Besides the fact that he smokes he does no sports and even morning exercises are something that he heard of for the first time. Usually people of his age go into sports and at least once or several times per week visit pool or gym. This not only help to burn extra weight but gives you energy for the whole week and you are always in good shape. And if you want to burn weight and to feel healthier you definitely need to park your car and start cycling to work. Yes, this is hard especially from the beginning but then you get used to it and would not drive several miles if you can do them with your bike or even better on foot. But unfortunately not all people do care about their health and they prefer to smoke, drive a car and exclude any kind of physical exercises. This may lead not just to overweight but to health problems as well.
